  • Click on "Register now!"
  • Enter basic details –
    • Username
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Confirm password
    • Accept Ts and Cs
    • Enter confirmation code
  • Click "Submit"
  • Complete the additional information (not mandatory)
  • Click "Submit" again
  • The Administrator will confirm your account by email

To log a Helpdesk query:

  • Login using your username and password
  • Click "EOL Online Helpdesk"
  • Click "Create a Ticket" and insert your query details

One of our technical support team will review your query and get back to you as quickly as possible. During busy periods it may be difficult to answer immediately but we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.
